Background

Purpose: Ensure the effectiveness of the communication with the customers on behalf of Telemor 

Reporting structure: Directly report to the shift managers and Back office of Telemor Call Center

Duties and Responsibilities
- Answering the calls from the customers with good attitudes and voice intonation
- Mastering all information about Telemor services and products before answering the calls of the customers
- Ensuring that, the customers are connected to the agents when they are calling to the call center.
- Other task or sudden task assigned by the superiors.
Criterion
- Girls with maximum age of 21 years old
- Height maximum 160 cm
- Single
- Ready to work on Sundays and Saturdays including the international and national holidays
- Ready to work overtime when needed
- Ready to work by shift

Education:
- At least graduated from High School
- University degree will be preferred
Language skills

- Fluent in English and Tetun is required
- Fluent in Portuguese and Indonesian will be advantages

Computer skills
- Can use Ms. Word, Excel and Power Points
- Can use internet for office communication
